I want to speak English. How do I find a partner?
You can either head to language exchanges and read the current posts to see if you can find a language partner, or you can post your own advert describing yourself and how you want to use and improve your English.
I can’t find the language I want to practise, what should I do?
If you can’t find someone, post an advert and let someone find you.
How does it work?
It’s really easy. You head over to the language exchange page and have a read of the posts of people looking for language partners. You can either click on one of the posts and then contact that person using their contact details they provided on the right of the page, or you can post your own advert and wait for someone to get in contact with you.
Can I post for free?
All posts are FREE. Teachers, translators, those who are posting jobs and courses also get 1 FREE post. After if they wish to post another one they will need to pay 6 EUR to post. Language exchange posts will also be free regardless of how many times you post.
Is there an age-limit to post?
Yes, the minimum age to post is 18 as stated in our terms and conditions.

Teachers
I am a newly qualified teacher, can I post?
It doesn’t matter if you have just started teaching or you have 10 years experience. Feel free to post, find some students, and start teaching today.
Do I need a qualification to post?
No. If you are a native speaker and offer some kind of paid conversational lessons, then that is also fine. If you don’t charge for lessons, then it’s best to post in the language exchange area.
How do I apply for a job?
Head over to the job’s page, find a job you’re interested in and then use the contact details on the right side of the post and contact the school.
General
How long will my advert stay up for?
There is no expiry date for adverts that are posted in Language Exchange, Looking for a Teacher/Translator, Selling Material, and Other. In other categories, posts will stay on the website for 30 days.
Do I need to register an account to post?
Only people who post in the categories of teachers/translators/jobs/courses/ need to register to post. All other categories are free to post in and don’t require registration.
I made a mistake in a post. Can I edit it?
Posts can’t be edited once they has been posted, but if you email us with your correction will edit the post for you.
Can I delete my post?
You can delete your post by using the delete button which was sent in your activation email. If you have any problems, send us an email.
